Dr. Jean-François Leclerc - Résumé

In 1982, after 9 years in the University, Doctor Leclerc received his Diploma in Dentofacial Orthopedics from the Dental School in Paris VII University.

In 1989, he supplemented his orthodontic training in the US by a postgraduate degree from Tufts University in Boston and by a residency at the University of Washington in Seattle.

As soon as 1982, he started promoting lingual orthodontics - aka non visible aesthetic orthodontics with American and European specialists. He soon became an internationally renowned specialist in adult orthodontics.

From 1978 to 1992, he used to teach Clinical Orthodontics at the Dental School of Paris VII University as a visiting practitioner.
Dr. Leclerc wrote several scientific articles and gave more than 60 lectures in France and abroad.
He was awarded the 1st Price during the International Dental Film & Video Festival.
When President of the ESLO – European Lingual Society of Orthodontics, Vice-President of the French Society of Lingual Orthodontics and President of the WSLO – World Society of Lingual Orthodontics, he organized several meetings in France and abroad.
